Event Services Hub does not do any event planning however, we do list Event Planners. Not everyone wants to DIY their events. We have a category for Professional Event Planners and their areas of specialization.
A Seasonal Listing is for companies that operate on a seasonal basis. This listing type gives companies the opportunity to list their business only during a specific period in the year. Listings can be purchased for a min of 2 months and a max of 6 months.
A Platinum Listing is a premium Listing which puts your listing above the Gold, Seasonal and Booking Listings in the Search Results. Potential clients see your these listings first. Listings are in alphabetical order.
Other exclusive features you get are: Analytics about where clicks on your Detailed Business Page are coming from as well as outgoing clicks to your website or email. The Platinum Booking Fee rate is lower than the other Listing Types.
You are completely responsible for your Listing. When you purchase, you will be taken to the Listing Input Form. You can Edit your listing and all associated information at any time.
Be sure to keep your listing up to date and use great pictures and videos to entice clients to your Business Page.
To Edit your listing, go to: My Account - Dashboards - Business Listing > Edit
With either the Gold or Platinum Listing, you can choose to list your company under 2 main Categories, and 2 Sub-Categories under each main Category. Choose the categories which best align with the products or services you offer.
Searchable Features allows you to further describle your business's products and services. When potential clients are searching the site, they will use these Searchable Features to further refine their search. Be sure to use these to your advantage. If, you you add products and/or services after your Listing is published, you can Edit you Listing at any time.

Yes! Event Services Hub offers companies to list their specials. To purchase an Ad in the Specials, go to List My Business and choose how long it should run for.
Contact us when you've purchased the Special, and we will advertise it in our social media channels!
Once you have a Platinum Listing with Event Services Hub, you will be provided with an Analytics Dashboard. This will show you the number of clicks coming from various areas of the Event Services Hub website, as well as outgoing link clicks and social media clicks. However, it is important to know that your Business Page is so completed, most customers will call directly from your page.
Event Services Hub does not provide sales leads, we do however market your company within our Hub via our social media channels.
Event Services Hub hires specialists in the areas of Social Media Marketing and Search Engine Optimization. Why is this important to you? We ensure your listing is Search Engine Optimized (SEO), and promote our Lister’s services within the platforms that your customers are hanging out in.
Most Directories and Hubs cater to a “type of event”. At Event Services Hub, we list companies that provide products and services to all types of events and occasions.
In addition to the larger Fundraisers, Conferences, and Weddings, we believe that an entire market is missed in the every day special occasion. Event Services Hub also lists companies that provide products and services that help you to arrange an unforgettable Birthday Party, Anniversary, Prom, Special Night Out, Dinner Party or BBQ, people still need the same products and services, regardless of how large or intimate the affair is.
What does this mean to you? Returning customers! Rather than the one-time Wedding or an occasional Conference, or Fundraiser, customers will be returning time and again for all their business events and personal occasions.

Blogs can be submitted via our Admin Inbox. Blogs must be focused on the industry you are in, rather than a company sales pitch, or you can submit a video about an event you've done with a short overview of the video. Videos must be a YouTube link.
Your Picture/Logo, company name and links will go into the Author's Block on the blog. Blogs are released and promoted in our social media channels.
No worries! You can simply save the listing in DRAFT at any time and come back to it at a later date.
IMPORTANT: Your listing duration starts the day you purchase it. Leaving it in DRAFT will waste valuable time on year subscription.
You have full access to add, change or delete any information on your Business Page, by going to My Account - Dashboards - Business Dashboard. Click on Edit in your Business Dashboard and your entry form will appear so that you can change any information required.
We have seen this done on other sites, however, we WILL NOT place any Ads on your Business Page – we want your business to get a potential client’s full attention!
Once month prior to the renewal, the Renew/Change Button and the Cancel Listing Button will appear in your Business Dashboard. If you do not action your listing prior to the renewal date, your listing will be automatically renewed and payment taken on the renewal date.
